Illinois AI Employment Discrimination (HB 3773)

Amends Illinois Human Rights Act. Prohibits employers from using AI that discriminates against employees/applicants on protected characteristics. Notice required when AI used in employment decisions. Effective Jan 1, 2026. Civil penalties up to $5,000 per violation.
